Arora Software Holdings LLC ("HowdyTrade," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use HowdyTrade (the "Service"). This policy applies to both contractor Users of the Service and the homeowners and contacts whose information is processed through the Service.
From Users (Contractors): When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company details, and payment information. We also collect data about how you use the Service, including jobs created, reports generated, and messages sent.
From Your Customers: When you use the Service to create job reports, request reviews, or send messages, we process your customers' personal information on your behalf, including their names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, and any photos or documents you upload.
From Web Forms: When a homeowner fills out a consultation, inspection, or referral form, we collect the information they submit, including their name, email, phone number, and property address, along with their SMS opt-in consent.

We may send automated text messages to phone numbers collected through the Service. SMS messaging is only sent to recipients who have provided express written consent by checking the opt-in checkbox on our web forms. Message frequency is typically up to 3 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us. For help, recipients may reply HELP. We retain records of SMS opt-in consent, including the timestamp and source form, to comply with carrier and regulatory requirements.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Service, such as payment processors (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and SMS delivery (Twilio); (b) law enforcement or government agencies when required by law; and (c) successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Contractor Users' customer data is processed on their behalf and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We retain SMS opt-in consent records and message logs as required by carrier compliance policies. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) request correction or deletion of your personal information; (c) opt out of certain communications; and (d) withdraw consent for SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP.
